Monday 20th June 2011 4pm - 6pm

Birmingham Museums and Art Gallery is inviting teachers to share their views and ideas about how the service can be developed at meetings of our new Teacher’s Forum.

The meeting will include a behind the scenes tour of the Learning Zone, a closer look at the different sessions the museum provides for formal learning, and an opportunity to handle some original artefacts from our loans collection. We will also open up a discussion about our current offer and how we can develop our services to you and your students.

Everyone attending will receive two free tickets to the ‘Home of Metal’ exhibition which explores the regional contribution to the metal
music scene.

Interested? For further information or if you would like to make a booking, please call Lorna Harris on 0121 675 4443 or email SchoolsBookingsBMAG@birmingham.gov.uk.
